Gibrian Foltz is a working artist in Portland, Maine. He has exhibited extensively and was chosen to participate in the worlds’ only Stencil Art Competition in Sydney, Australia. He is known for his collage work and his large and intricate stencils which he layers and spray paints onto canvas, wood, and found objects.
