Artist and forager Rachel Alexandrou shifts gears from her foraged feast events to share stories, images, and insights in print through Emotional Foraging: Recipes for Every Apocalypse. From cattail torches to knotweed chutney, this zine gathers collective knowledge from Alexandrou and an array of Maine-based artists.
